Christmas Vacation Is Over

So Christmas Vacation ended for the kids today. I had a whole bunch of ideas for what I would get done today…
you know that clean laundry in the baskets needs to be folded
The sink is full of dishes that need to be washed….. 
My Family Room is at least cleaned now …. 
Oh wait the kids and I did that yesterday.
Today I spent enjoy my freedom and shopping going from store to store so I could get the best price for that kitty litter, milk window washer fluid and other not exciting things… without having to get Emmy out of the car and lock her back in every time. Plus I am happy to say I said no to many impulse purchases and even some how avoided a Starbucks run.. I did find 2 nice shirts for Emmy for under $4 each at Target… and since her current ones are getting small she will really need these soon….
Tomorrow I will catch up on the household chores but for today I splurged and enjoyed my freedom.
